We've worked with Air Temperature Service for many years as a trusted resource for our preventative maintence on our HVAC systems. Recently, one of our AC units stopped working and I called and spoke with the Service Manager Lindsey. She dispatched techs right away and they found that the unit was done. Since the building is less that 10 years old, Air Temps inspected the entire system looking for a root cause of the short life span and discovered an underlying issue that led to the early failure. We really appreciated the fact that they didn't just replace the unit and send us a bill. They took extra steps to ensure that the problem was properly diagnosed and corrected with a long term solution. They techs that did the work were really friendly and thorough. They made sure we were fully back up and running as quickly as possible. “Air Temperature Services was the main PM provider for our two laundromats in Wisconsin for a number of years and you helped us replace two RTUs. In hopes to reduce the complexity of my job and reduce the amount of vendors I was working with for 20 laundry locations, I moved to working with a national HVAC PM provider.

Of all the vendors I was working with, AirTemp was the one I was not excited about moving away from. This was 100% because of the professionalism, responsiveness, top tier customer support that Lindsey provided us while working with your company.

Recently our HVAC provider increased their rates in a few markets, Wisconsin being one of them, and due to those increased costs I am moving back to local vendors to hit budgets. Because of how great it was to work with Lindsey, she was my first and only call for my Wisconsin locations.

I signed the contracts yesterday and we are excited to work with her and the team again.
